Shipping policy

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

Preparation and transit

  • Order preparation: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Transit after dispatch: 7–14 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery: 10–19 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We use 00:00 UK time as the daily processing cut-off. Orders placed later enter the next processing cycle. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs checks, weather and carrier disruptions can cause delays. We will assist if an order is delayed or lost.

Tracking and address changes

We send tracking information after dispatch. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to begin updating. Contact customer service with your order number for tracking assistance. Tell us promptly about an incorrect address; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.

Import charges

If the carrier or customs asks you to pay an import tax for your order, contact us and retain the official notice and payment receipt. Under our delivery offer, we reimburse those taxes on receipt of supporting proof. Product return postage is separate and is explained in our returns policy.

Problems with delivery

Contact us if the estimated delivery period has passed or an item is missing. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement when required. Your statutory rights, including rights relating to delivery, are unaffected.
