Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 3–5 business days for preparation, then 7–14 business days in transit: 10–19 business days in total. Read the shipping policy for tracking, delays and import charges.
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. Change-of-mind returns are sent by tracked post to France at your expense. No restocking fee is charged. Your statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected. Read the complete returns policy.

Use the measurements and size information on the individual product. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.
How can I track or cancel my order?
Use the tracking information sent after dispatch, or contact us with the order number. We can cancel before dispatch when processing permits; shipping does not remove your statutory rights.
